Returns Policy

We at Mobilephonesocks pride ourselves on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty or a fault occurs within the guarantee period, please contact us immediately quoting your Ebay item number, User id and fault. We will respond at the earliest opportunity and work with you to solve the problem.

If you are not happy in any way with your purchase please retun to us within 30 days and we will kindly refund or replace.

The item must be returned to us in it's original condition and packaging within 30 days. A replacement unit will only be supplied once the faulty item has been received and diagnosed as faulty. The fault has not been caused by misuse by the customer.

All items will be posted using Royal Mail Stamped Services unless otherwise specified. All our goods are posted the following day at the latest once payment has cleared. However, we are not responsible for postal delays caused by the carrier. We accept Paypal & Cheques, see end of auction email for address.
