Buyer is responsible for postage costs where applicable, we endeavour to list postage
costs on all our items, if you can't see the cost for your location,
please contact us for a quote. Most items are dispatched same or next
working day, all items are dispatched within 7 working days unless we
contact you to arrange otherwise. Our post is collected between 2-3pm, Monday-Friday, orders must be placed and paid for before 2pm for a possible same day dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email
when your item is posted. Please note: We do not offer local pick up for our eBay items.
We happily combine and reduce postage cost on multiple purchases. If you complete the buy it now on the items you require, then request a revised total from seller at checkout, we will apply postage discounts for you. Please await a revised invoice before making payment, as eBay do not apply postage discounts automatically.

Delivery, please send us an email and not a note on a Paypal payment
(we do not receive these notifications separately). We can only post orders to confirmed eBay addresses.
All Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery parcels require a signature on delivery. If you unable to accept delivery, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office awaiting redelivery or collection. In cases where this is not arranged and the parcel is returned to sender, buyer is responsible for the cost of resending the parcel to them.

The only guaranteed delivery method is Special Delivery. If an item is bought and paid
for with Special Delivery option selected before 2pm, it will be dispatched that day
for delivery before 1pm the next working day (Monday-Friday).
If an item is bought and paid for with Special Delivery option selected before 2pm on
a Friday, it will be dispatched on Friday for delivery before 1pm the following
Monday. This is unless the £3 special delivery Saturday surcharge is paid for a
guaranteed Saturday delivery. If you require this service, please contact us for a revised total and an invoice will be sent to you to complete payment.

Overseas parcels over £30 in value may be required to pay for the offered insurance, at our discretion.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We cannot and will not mark parcels as gift or anything other than commercial goods on any applicable customs forms for overseas orders as this against the law, nor will we reduce the value of the parcel as this directly infringes customs law. Both buyer and seller are liable for prosecution if we do so.
If your parcel has not yet arrived
When your order is posted, we will issue a dispatch email. If you are unsure if your item has been dispatched or not, please check for this email for a dispatch date.
Orders are dispatched via the postage method selected at checkout, this is visible in my "Won" section of "My eBay", please see the delivery section above for Royal Mail's delivery aims for your selected method.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, please note once an item is dispatched the postage method selected cannot be upgraded, and we cannot affect the delivery time of your item once it has been posted.
If your parcel has not arrived within the time stated on the delivery table above, please check the following locations to locate your parcel:
Adjacent neighbours, as parcels are sometimes left in their care
Other members of your household, as they may have accepted the parcel on your behalf
Any outhouses you have where a parcel may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
Your local Royal Mail sorting office (not the local Post Office) to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
If your parcel is still not located at this point, please contact us and we will check that the parcel has not been returned to our local Royal Mail sorting office. If parcels are still not located within 15 working days, we will open a lost mail investigation with Royal Mail and arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent to you. This time frame is set by Royal Mail, not ourselves.
In the case of items that are delayed or missing, we endeavour to work with our buyers to ensure that any issues are resolved swiftly and appreciate continued contact to enable this process. Please feel free to contact us with any problems or questions you may have.
Questions & Combined Invoices
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm UK time (GMT). All enquiries are answered as swiftly as possible, usually within 1 working day, in the order received (duplicate email and invoice requests are not necessary, don't worry, we'll get back to you asap!) Questions and combined invoice requests are not answered outside of these hours, or at weekends, unless staff are working overtime.
