Delivery Items are posted first class within 24 hours of cleared payment. Parcels are insuranced with us for lost or damaged items.
Returns Policy - Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt in its original condition to obtain a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return an item. You are responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition.
Faulty Items - We do our best to ensure that every item sent out is in perfect condition and is not faulty, but due to the amount of stock we deal with you could occasionally receive a faulty or imperfect item. If you receive a faulty or imperfect item, you will receive a full refund for the item. You may be asked to return the item for inspection. Please inform us immediately upon receipt of a faulty or imperfect item. We reserve the right not to refund, or accept returns of items that are broken or damaged after receipt.
Items Damaged in Transit - We do our best to ensure that every item sent out is packaged in accordance with Royal Mail policy, but occasionally you may receive an item that has been damaged in transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund for the item. You may be asked to return the item for inspection. We reserve the right not to refund, or accept returns of items that are broken or damaged after receipt.
Descriptions - are intended to give an accurate picture of the goods and to comply with the Trade descriptions Act but we cannot always guarantee total accuracy. Very few of our products contain precious or semi precious stones, metals or other material unless specifically stated. Terms such as "silver", "gold" are for description of colour only and do not refer to material.
Remittance Terms - payment may be made by cheque, postal order, debit card, credit card or paypal balance via Paypal. Online payments are processed via paypal and you do not need a paypal account to do this, just follow the on-screen instructions. After placing your order follow through to paypal where you can choose to pay with paypal or credit/debit cards.
