| Purchasing an item

select your item from the listings in my shop - if you don't see what you want, please contact me and a special listing will be produced and added in my shop for your specific requirements

make payment by paypal or by post

email details/colour scheme/pictures/logos etc, to be used on your purchased items, my email address is mandy_hoodless@ntlworld.com . If you are unable to email pictures to me and need to post them, then please send them to Mandy Hoodless, 88 Baldocks Lane, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1EP. But please email me to let me know this is what you are doing to save confusion

your items will then be designed and a sample emailed to you - any changes required can be made at this point, with revised changes being emailed to you as many times as it takes, until you are completely satisfied with the design

printing will then take place, and your order posted to you within a week, though often you will receive it much sooner |
