At Performance 3000 we operate a common sense policy in respect of returns. We are proud of our status as a Top Rated & Platinum eBay Seller and work hard to keep our customers happy. If you have a problem get in touch with us as soon as possible. The earlier that we know about the problem, the sooner we can start to fix it.

Before returning any product to us you must contact us first. No products will be accepted without prior arrangement.

Any items sent to us without prior arrangement will be sent straight back to you at your cost.

Items must be sent by an insured and trackable delivery method that is agreed by us prior to you returning the item(s). Whilst we will have every sympathy, if we do not receive your goods we cannot replace your item(s) or refund you.

Any items sent to us without prior arrangement will be sent straight back to you at your cost.
This is a strict policy which we operate without exception.
We will always try our best to sort out problems as quickly as possible however, you must help us to help you. If your vehicle cannot be used Performance 3000 are not responsible for any loss, howsoever caused, whether consequential or not. We are not responsible for any labour or fitting charges, whatsoever.

Unwanted Items
Before returning any product to us you MUST contact us first. No products will be accepted without prior arrangement.
Any items sent to us without prior arrangement will be sent straight back to you at your cost.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
A minimum handling charge of £15 will be deducted from any refund.

Goods Damaged Upon Receipt
Before returning any product to us you MUST contact us first. No products will be accepted without prior arrangement.
Any items sent to us without prior arrangement will be sent straight back to you at your cost.
Any item which is damaged when you receive it may be returned to us.
If you receive an item with damaged packaging you MUST note on the courier's delivery receipt that the item is damaged. You MUST reject the item(s) by not accepting it from the courier.The courier will return the item to us at no expense to you. You should contact us and we will either refund you or send a replacement item(s) to you, once we have spoken with the courier.
If you sign for an item with damaged packaging it is deemed to be in good condition and is therefore not eligible to be returned for a refund on this basis.

Incorrect Items
Before returning any product to us you MUST contact us first. No products will be accepted without prior arrangement.
If the item(s) is incorrect due to our error please contact us immediately and we will agree an appropriate method of return with you.
When we have received the item(s), inspected it and confirmed that due to our error, the item was incorrect, we will either refund you or replace the item(s). This is generally a quite straightforward process but please remember that we cannot refund you until we have physically inspected the item.
You are liable for the cost of returning the goods and an additional minimum £10 postal fee to cover the cost of shipping the correct item(s).

Warranty Returns
Before returning any product to us you MUST contact us first. No products will be accepted without prior arrangement.
In the unlikely event that your product(s) fails within the manufacturer's warranty period you should contact us immediately. Upon contacting us we will advise you whether the item should be returned to us or to the manufacturer directly. You must pay the cost of returning the faulty item(s). When we have received it, inspected it, confirmed that the item had a manufacturing defect and is covered under warranty, we will contact you as we will require payment for the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to you. We will then send the replacement item(s) to you. This is generally a quite straightforward process but please remember that we cannot send a replacement item(s) until either the manufacturer or ourselves have physically inspected the item.
