Our courier is Parcel Force. When you buy an item we need your contact telephone number to pass on to the courier in case they need to contact you when trying to deliver.

Paypal
We only post to either the address listed on Paypal or the registered credit card address.
However, we can post to both the confirmed and unconfirmed Paypal addresses. Goods paid for by Paypal cannot be collected in-store.
If you pay by Paypal and then change your mind about which address you would like your goods delivered to, you must cancel the whole transaction and purchase the item again with the alternative address. Unfortunately, our hands are tied and we are legally bound to deliver only to the address sent to us by Paypal. We cannot change this rule.
InStore Collection
Items can only be collected from our UK retail showroom but please contact us before collection to confirm that the goods are in stock. Please note that if you pay by Paypal you can not collect goods in-store.
International Buyers
If your location is not listed, please contact us before you buy and we will be more than happy to advise you of the shipping cost to your location.
We will not ship to international buyers until we have a confirmed contact telephone number and a full postal address. The courier needs this information and will contact you prior to delivery. The courier will speak to you in your native language.
Whilst we make every effort to make sure that items are despatched as early as possible please do not book your vehicle into a garage or make it unroadworthy before receiving the goods. Every so often delays do occur that are beyond our control. Performance 3000 will not be held responsible for any loss, whether consequential or not, howsoever caused. We are not responsible for any labour or fitting charges, whatsoever.
Please note that goods will only be sent after a full payment is cleared.
No postal claim can be made until 21 days after the delivery date according to the couriers rules and regulations.
