We are assuming that you have received notification that your item has been despatched, please check the item purchase record on eBay for confirmation.


Can I track my item?


If your order was sent by Parcelforce then we can provide a tracking reference, please contact us via eBay messaging and we will provide the tracking number asap.


If your order was despatch via Royal Mail 1st Class Post this is not a traceable service.


Please refer to the listing if you are unclear of the Postal method.


I haven’t received my item?


Estimated delivery time is usually up to 2-5 working days after cleared payment, however occasionally delivery may take longer than anticipated for various reasons, as follows;


·         Royal Mail 1st Class post is not a guaranteed next day service.


·         Transit time to Northern Ireland, some regions of Scotland non-mainland locations may naturally take longer and fall outside estimated timescales.


·         Your package is unlikely to fit through a letterbox and may be held by Royal Mail at your local delivery office. Royal Mail do not always leave ‘non-delivery’ cards to advise.


·         Your item may have been delivered to neighbours or a work colleague; this is especially relevant if your stated delivery address is in a work /communal environment.


·         Your Postal Address was incorrect / incomplete.


We suggest that you allow a reasonable time (10 delivery days) and then check all options. If, following these checks, your item remains undelivered please contact us via eBay messaging.


After your contact we will work with you to ensure that you receive the best possible resolution and total satisfaction.


Please note that Royal Mail enforce a statutory 15 day period before an item can be claimed as ‘lost’. We may however, at our discretion, offer replacement prior to this period. At this point we will require your confirmation (via eBay messaging) of non-receipt which will be submitted as formal evidence to Royal Mail when we present our ‘lost’ item claim.


There is no reason to open an eBay resolution case as we will always ensure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.


We shall be under no liability for any costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of goods under circumstances beyond our control.
