| If our courier has left a 'Missed Delivery Card'
Our designated couriers, DHL and APC will deliver Monday to Friday during the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm
If you are available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card, with the telephone number of your local delivery depot.
If you receive a card, to avoid the risk of your purchase being returned to PerCasa, you must contact the depot within 48 hours,
to arrange a convenient time for delivery with the courier depot.
If you do not respond and the delivery is returned to PerCasa, further redeliveries will incur a second delivery charge and an administration/handling fee of £9.95, which includes the cost levied on us by our couriers for a return to sender.
