Payment
We accept PayPal for all eBay orders.
Please note that PayPal eChecks may take between 2 and 5 business days to clear. Payment has to be made within 2 days after purchase.
Sales Tax - We are required to collect 6.00% sales tax for items shipped to Michigan.
Shipping
We want that you get your items fast! All items are shipped out the next business day after cleared payment. Sometimes orders are shipped out the same business day. Most orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation™ (tracking number).
Items shipped within the US are shipped via USPS First Class (3-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS. We will ship to PayPal provided addresses ONLY.
We combine shipping and offer you great shipping discounts for purchasing multiple items from PepDogs shipped to the same location. Please note, that we can only provide this discount to purchases that are made within a 2 day period and are paid in one payment.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Average shipping time is 3-4 weeks (shipping time varies). Please note that international shipping can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Packages will be usually delivered by your local postal service in your destination country (exceptions may apply). Taxes, Duties, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be due upon receipt of your shipment are not included in the item price or shipping cost. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us and we will refund you the purchase price. We can only give refund after we received the item back. Shipping costs, (to or from) cannot be refunded. We will not accept returns of items that have been used, without being in original packaging unopened or without tags attached to the item or damaged by the purchaser. The item has to be in resalable condition. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after receipt. For returns that were FREE Shipping a 15% restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
