Please send us your personalisation details via one of the following means;
1. Leave a 'note to seller' during the check out process - please remember to press save otherwise we won't get the message and your order will be delayed.
2. Send us a direct message via Ebay's messaging service

We aim to have your order ready to post within 4-5 days however at busier times such as Christmas please allow 7-10 days - please contact us if you have any concerns over timings as we will do everything we can to accommodate your requirements
Please double check your details before sending as how it appears in your message is how it will appear on your product including spelling, spacing & punctuation
Do not include special symbols - this includes symbols above and below alphabetic and numeric text
Due to the bespoke nature of the product we are not able to offer return/refund for items ordered in error by yourself or for a mistake that is a result of incorrect information provided by yourself (this does not affect your statutory rights)
