We operate as a business, and as such WORK between the hours of 9:00 -5:30 Monday to Friday.  We will respond to most emails within one working day and try to answer questions as quickly as possible but we do like to take weekends off.

We achieve this by closely monitoring all orders throughout the dispatch process. We have a target of dispatching on the same day that the order has been received.
