personal cheque or postal orders are also welcome from the U.K.Cheques take 6 working days to clear, uncrossed postal orders are instant. we aim to process and post your order within 2 days except weekends and Bank Holidays.
Unwanted goods or wrong size purchased within the U.K are accepted for exchange or refund if posted back to us within seven working days of receipt, exchanges may be subject to a re charge of postage to the customer. We do not refund postage costs for unwanted or unfitting items. Please obtain a proof of posting when returning goods as refunds will not be made until goods safely received by us and in the condition that they were sent out. For items that are offered with free postage in the UK we may use alternate methods for large orders ie parcelforce 48 or standard parcels at our discretion.
For faulty goods return postage costs will be refunded at 2nd class (unless over 1kg where 1st class rate applies),please do not use a more expensive method as the excess will not be refunded.
We comply with the distance selling regulations. UK customers are by law entitled to return "buy it now" goods if unwanted within 7 days from receipt for refund.
Auction items are not covered by this law and may not be returnable.
