Shipping

 

  • The Shipping & Handling fee includes INSURANCE FEE for your peace of mind.
  • Our courier company could not send to P.O. Box.
  • Order will be dispatched within 2 business days after the payment is cleared. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.
  • We do not accept rush orders that require shipment less than 2 business days.
  • We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments.
  • All packages are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
  • Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.
  • If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

We can not hold responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for shipping delay.

Return and Refund

  • We accept defective items returned within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • After this 14-day window, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.
  • Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non-faulty items.
  • If the listing price has free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount.
  • Buyer will pay the return postage for a non-faulty item.
  • Return must be received in new condition with the original packaging.
  • Non-faulty returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Attention: DO NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honoured by the courier company.

Warranty

  • We provide different warranty according to different kinds of products, please check our products description section to find it.
  • The warranty is not available where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear and tear, damage to accessories or when the product has been modified or repaired, other than by us.
