 | A: Yes, you can collect it at our warehouse directly and warehouse need charge handling fee which we indicate on our eBay page. After you check out in our system, we will send order to our warehouse and email pickup invoice and warehouse information to you. Please do not go to collect it without receiving the pick up invoice. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: For UK mainland, we will use next day courier service to send out your item after your payment is cleared. If you have not received your item within 7 days after you paid it, please contact us immediately. We will provide a track number for your parcel so you can easily find out the tracking information for your item. |
 | Q: Will I need to sign for my item on delivery? |

 | A: Our courier company, Amtrak Express, could not leave the item besides you property without your signature. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery, driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can phone courier local port to arrange re-delivery or pick up. You can use your working address to avoid such problem. |

 | A: Due to over size issue, courier company do not allow combine shipping. However, we can give you 10% discount on postage fee except the first one. Or, you can arrange your courier to pick them up at our warehouse. |

 | A: Sorry we can not send the item to Spain/Italy/Malta, we only could send the item to the countries which we listed in our eBay page. |

 | A: If you do not want this item, you do not need to pay it. After 10 days, you should get our payment reminder email from our system, please just ignore it. After 12 days, you will receive email from eBay for this unpaid item. Just reply to ebay that both of our two parties agree to close it, we will close it for you then. |
