 How long does delivery take?
Orders that are in stock are despatched either the same working day, or despatched the next working day, if payment has been cleared. If it differs from that, you will be sent an email informing you when your order will be despatched.
Will the packaging be discreet?
All orders are sent in plain discreet packaging, with just a P.O. Box number as the return address, there is no mention of Peaches Lingerie on the packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, items can be exchanged within 14 days from the despatch date.
Can we copy your pictures?
Our website, ebay store and all the images contained within it are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any way whatsoever without prior written authorisation from Peaches Lingerie.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders. Orders received from outside the UK must be paid via Paypal only.
Will you keep all my information private?
We never disclose any of your details to anyone outside of our company. Rest assured we do not sell details to mailing lists or anyone else.
Do you manufacture your own garments?
Yes, we manufacture the majority of our garments in our UK factory, and we don't make for anyone else, so beware of imitations. |
