We want to provide the best possible service and make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. We also want to make sure that any warranty issues are handled promptly,
efficiently and fairly.
Returns
Products may be returned for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) for any reason within 14 days of delivery providing the product is unused, in brand new condition
and suitable for re-sale. Products with start packs must be returned
with the packs unopened. Any products returned after 14 days, but strictly no longer than 28 days of delivery, will be accepted providing the product is unused and in brand new condition, and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Warranty
The Peach Personal Wire Binder, Wire Closer, Thermal Binder and Star Binder are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for
3 years from the date of purchase. All other products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for
1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product may be returned for replacement, repair or refund according to the following:
Any “dead on arrival” issues must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product may be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. The buyer’s return postage* will be refunded by the seller.
Any defect occurring within 28 days of the date of purchase must be notified during this period. The product may be returned for replacement or a refund at the buyer’s discretion. The buyer’s return postage* will be refunded by the seller.
* Return postage will be refunded at Standard Parcels rate only. The seller will not refund First Class, Special Delivery or Courier unless agreed beforehand in writing. The seller will not refund the cost of packaging materials under any circumstances.
For any defect occurring after 28 days and up to 12 months from the date of
purchase, the product may be returned for repair or replacement at the seller’s discretion. The buyer’s return postage will not be refunded by the seller.
Any defect affecting the Peach Personal Wire Binder, Wire Closer, Thermal Binder and Star Binder occurring after 12 months from the date of purchase will be dealt with directly by Peach,
who may be contacted at: info@peach.net.
Please quote "Binding Solutions", the serial number (found at the bottom
of the machine) and the date of purchase.
Damage
The above terms relate to manufacturing defects only and do not apply to damage in transit, accidental damage or misuse.
Damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery. The product will be replaced and the seller is responsible for claiming against the carrier’s insurance. Neither seller nor carrier can be held responsible for damage in transit reported after 24 hours.
Accidental damage occurring after 24 hours of delivery or misuse is the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller will accept no liability whatsoever. Any product returned to the seller with such damage is subject to a charge to be determined after inspection of the product.
