| | For all returns, please contact Welshsuperstore directly by email on sales@welshsuperstore.co.uk for return docket No. & return address details. Please quote your order details in all correspondence.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item for exchange or refund of the price paid (both original delivery and return delivery costs remain payable by the customer. A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to cover administration). Refunds will usually be made within 7 days of our receipt of your return. We recommend a recorded or tracked delivery service is used for return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal service.
There is no such thing as 'free' delivery. Items sold as such are an aggregate of the delivery rate and item price combined. Returned items shipped as 'free' delivery will be subject to a £2 charge in lieu of outgoing postage.
All Items are checked thoroughly before despatch and packed appropriately. Items returned 'not' in their original condition, not packed appropriately in or without full original packaging, with signs of use, wear & tear, marking/staining, signs of laundry/cleaning or repair will be refunded/exchanged at our sole discretion and may incur other reasonable charges as deemed appropriate to make the items good for resale. |
