Postage & Delivery
I post Monday through to Saturday morning.
All items are securely bubblewrapped and posted within 1 working day of receiving payment.
Packages are posted by Royal Mail 1st class standard (other options available) with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days (please bear in mind that this is a Royal Mail estimation and some items may take longer).
Combined Postage
Combined postage offered on multiple purchases in a single transaction. £1 for the first item (Royal mail 1st class standard) and 10p for each additional item OR buy 5 or more items in a single transaction and receive FREE postage.
Return Policy
All items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. The refund does not include postal fees, only the cost of the item. NO refund will be given if the buyer refuses to return the goods before hand. Please note that the item must be in its original condition. If you receive an item that is either faulty or not as described, you MUST contact me within 48 HOURS of receiving the item so I can provide a replacement.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non refundable.
Please note that in the extremely rare event that a package is deemed missing, Royal Mail 1st class standard does NOT insure against lost in transit on jewellery items and claims cannot be made to Royal Mail. I myself keep a certificate of proof of postage as a reference to the date when a particular item is posted.
