We ship to worldwide. Most products will ensure despatched the following working day of cleared payment by 6pm (Monday to Friday). We do not post at the weekend.
Domestic shipping normally takes 1-2 working days, while overseas normally takes 1 week via Royal Mail Airmail. However, this is NOT guaranteed, so please do allow longer for delivery.
If you require a guaranteed or urgent delivery, please contact us BEFORE you purchase. Please note we are UNABLE to allow buyer collections.
TERMS OF SALE
- All postage costs stated are for UK mainland delivery, if you are outside the UK Mainland please ask for a postage quote in advance of bidding/purchase.
- Refunds & exchanges are given when agreed to by email. All refund and exchange requests should be made within 3 days of receipt of goods, buyer's user ID and the item's number must be included in the message.
- Items will only be refunded or exchanged if returned in the same original condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be promptly processed once the goods have been received back by us.
- Only faulty items will be refunded. The buyer has to pay all costs of returning the goods.
- Feedback will be given after the transaction has been done. we would be grateful if you could leave a fair and factual feedback for us. If any aspect of your transaction was unsatisfactory, please contact us before leaving feedback and we'll be happy to resolve it.
