 | A: We dispatch the same or following working day from receipt of funds. Delivery times are the responsibly of the carrier and not the seller. The standard delivery window for standard post is between 1 and 5 working days from (not including) date of postage. Delivery times vary for service selected. |

 | A: We post the same or following working day from receipt of your payment. So if you paid Monday your item will be dispatched no later than Tuesday. If you pay Friday, your item will be dispatched no later than Monday. |

 | A: We only accept cleared funds so will not take cheques. You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment. Simply use your credit or debit card through PayPal to make a swift and safe payment. You don't need to sign up to PayPal to do this either. At the checkout, simply select the non-PayPal account option and use your card like in any shop. |

 | Q: Do you have more than one of these items? |

 | A: The numbers displayed as available are what we have in stock. Sometimes we have the same listing duplicated so more may be available. Simply go to our eBay shop to see all items in stock. You can always email us if we don't have enough as we will get them for you. |

 | Q: Do I get a P&P discount on Multiple purchases? |

 | A: Yes. eBay will automatically work these out for you. Occasionally eBay fails to do this, if it does simply click the REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER option and we'll send you a revised invoice. We charge no more than 50p per additional item purchased to a maximum of £10.00 P&P. |

 | Q: What size is this? Will it fit me? |

 | A: The size will always be shown on the listing. If you are within that size it will fit. Obviously different materials and cuts give different effects so please don't assume a PVC outfit in a size 18 is going to look flattering. Remember, this is Fancy Dress! |

 | Q: Where's my stuff, I've been waiting ages? |

 | A: Have you waited 5 WORKING days for standard delivery. If so, contact us as your item could have been returned, left with a neighbor or might have been lost. Please allow us to help you before assuming we are con artists & leaving feeback! 99.9% of items arrive within just a day or 3 but some do go missing & we will investigate & help if this happen |

 | Q: I've paid for my stuff, where's my feedback? |

 | A: Sorry but eBay have changed their rules on feedback for sellers. eBay no longer allow sellers to leave a choice of feedback so we no longer leave feedback period. Please lobby eBay about this and not us. eBay have removed the fairness of the feedback system and this is our only way to protest against this. |

 | Q: My item turned up damaged, what can I do? |

 | A: Firstly, let us know! We never sent your item damaged so if it is damaged, then it happened in transit. We will be happy to help if you have a problem, all we ask is that you contact us so we can help you! |

 | A: If you are just not happy, we'll do our best to make you happy. We can't always give your money back if the item was a wig and worn for example but we'll do everything we can to give you a like for like product, financial match, like for like replacement and wherever possible & within our terms, a full refund. |
