PartyBits2008 Sellers Terms
By purchasing from PartyBits2008 you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Items which weigh less than 1kg are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery or by Royal Mail standard parcel service if over 1kg. (See Royal Mail website for delivery times). The delivery method used is at the discretion of PartyBits2008
Royal Mail 1st class delivery is available on request but will incur additional costs and subject to availability.
Items are usually dispatched next working day but within 3 working days. (Not including weekends and Bank Holidays)
Items purchased using PayPal will be dispatched to the address listed with PayPal whether confirmed or unconfirmed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that there paypal address is the correct delivery address.
Please ensure that you order in plenty of time for order to be delivered. No claims can be made for late delivery which fall within the estamated dispatch and delivery dates.
It is suggested that if purchasing by PayPal add a note indicating the date the items are required.
If an alternative delievry address is required a note should be left in the notes to seller section available during payment on the PayPal website gateway.
If delivery is made to the PayPal address and prior notice has not been received by PartyBits2008 of a alternative address NO refunds will be given.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the delivery address on PayPal is correct. No refunds or replacements will be offered if the PayPal address is incorrect.
Postage discount are usually available but depend on the items ordered and the overall weight of the combined order.
To obtain a postage discount please order/ select your items and then email PartyBits2008 for a revised invoice.
If multiple items are purchased and paid for immediately.Postage discounts will not be applied retrospectively and no refunds will be offered.
