Standard Returns Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 1 year
This is our Standard Returns Policy. Unless another returns policy is indicated, products sold by Party Pig are covered by this Standard Returns Policy. Standard Returns Policy means:
a) that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (return in its original packaging) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
b) customer can return the faulty item for a replacement of the same product within one year of the date you received the item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Name, address, a reason for return and a copy of your invoice.
Please send your items Royal Mail 1st class post and obtain a receipt from your Post Office. If the items are heavy and/or bulky...please contact us to arrange a collection by courier.
Your Statutory Rights
At Party Pig we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Occasionally though, you may want to return items to us, whether it is due to a defective product or because it simply does not meet your expectations. That's why under our Standard Returns Policy, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The return shipping costs are at the cost of Consumer. Items returned must be in reasonable condition. Returned items will not be accepted if they are damaged. Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned goods are received.
