Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class packages within 1 working day and 2nd Class packages within 3 working days. These are Royal Mail estimates and can vary at busy times of the year, e.g. Christmas, Bank Holiday.
Delivery Charges
In line with our P&P Guarantee our Postage & Packaging charges will cover the cost of the stamp and allow no more than £0.40 on packaging and handling. We will always pack your items in a way to minimise the size and weight and therefore reduce the cost of the stamp. On occasion the stamp might cost us less than our original estimate. In those cases we will issue a refund for the difference. Note: applies to Paypal payments only.
No Quibble Returns
We at Party Lanes are trying to excel in customer satisfaction and promise you an easy and pleasant shopping experience. We offer no quibble returns so if you are not entirely happy with the item you purchased just send it back to us. To help us identify your return please include your eBay username and contact details. Refunds take 1-3 working days to process.
Should you wish to return the item we recommend getting a proof of posting available from any Post Office free of charge. Also please let us know you are returning the item within 7 days at orders@partylanes.co.uk.
