Is my question answered in the item description or elsewhere on the site? - Many of the questions we get asked are easily solved simply by reading the description.
Am I asking about ordering a balloon colour that doesn't appear to be listed? - We can supply any balloon colour variation of the balloon colours we have listed, just click to buy any colour combination and simple add a note on the PayPal page, requesting your preferred colours.
Is my question about an email I sent to request my balloons in another colour but have received the wrong colour? - We receive a large amount of questions by email and can not search back through hundreds of emails to find an order placed two weeks after the email was sent. THIS REQUEST NEEDS TO BE SENT WITH THE ORDER THROUGH PAYPAL SO IT APPEARS ON THE ORDER SHEET.
Am I asking about why my balloon colour looks different to the ones listed? - All deflated balloons will appear darker and only be accurate when fully inflated to the correct size. Our pictures are very accurate and once inflated the balloons will match to the listings.
Is my question about pricing? - We receive a large number of questions on our pricing that can be easily solved by simply reading the item description or by using a calculator. We do whatever it takes to serve our customers the way they want to be served. If we offer a discount, the customer loses trust for the company because it diverges from the focus on quality and to us discounting means you are over-pricing your product. Our profit margins are very low and prices are at a reasonable rate, we operate on tight margins so a discount off would create a loss.
Is my question about postage? - We will happily combine postage on multiple purchases and our listings automatically deduct the amount at check out. In most cases we try and dispatch your orders within 48hrs of payment received. We refund all over payments on the postage charges, however sometimes when you have large amounts to dispatch the odd error can occur, so please if you have been over charged, contact us and we will refund any payments missed.
