However, occasionally items are shipping in flat rate envelopes and there is no space for additional items. If you are purchasing more than 1 item do not pay right away. We will send you an invoice with the combined shipping discount where applicable before you check out. | | Q:Why isn't my tracking information updating? | | | A:Items that are shipped in USPS priority mail flat envelopes are not scanned enroute and do not have tracking. It is normal for the USPS message NOT to get updated. It does not mean that the item was not shipped. Your item is most likely enroute and will be arriving shortly. | | Q:What if I have a problem with my order? | | | A:We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct and arrives in excellent condition.
