Payment
Whilst our prefered method of payment is via Paypal, we also accept postal orders and cheques from UK bidders only. International bidders are Paypal only. If you would rather pay by one of these methods then please be aware that we cannot dispatch your item/s unitl payment has cleared.
Payment is required within 5 days of purchase, if payment is not recieved within this time then the item will be relisted and Ebay informed.
Shipping
Whilst we aim to dispatch all items within 2 business days of payment being recieved, most items are dispatched the next working day. If there is any delay in your item being dispatched we will contact you.
We do offer postage discounts on multiple purchases, when you have finished your shopping simply request a total from us and we will discount your postage for you. The more you buy, the more you save on postage costs.
Where recorded delivery is not used, we always get proof of posting from the post office. If there is ever a query about items arriving late or not at all please get in touch and we can follow this up at the post office for you.
International Buyers
We welcome purchases from international buyers.
If you are an international buyer please contact us before buying for a postage quote to your country as our postage prices are for UK only.
Returns Policy
All of our items are covered by a full money back gurantee.
Simply notify us within 14 days of reciept of item to arrange a refund.
Items will be refunded once we have recieved the item back, at your own cost and minus the postage cost as this is non-refundable once item has been sent.
