Items lost in the mail: For items reported as lost in the mail, I will require the Royal Mail T&C's to be followed. This states that for domestic mail, an item is not considered lost until 15 working days from the date of mailing has passed. Therefore you will be required to wait 15 working days. For a refund/replacement to be issued, you will also be required to complete a Loss form from myself. Royal Mail also may require you to fill in a similar form.
Please note should any loss occur from the provision of an incomplete/wrong address on your ebay/paypal account then a refund/replacement will not be issued. In these circumstances, should the package be returned to me, then I will immediately arrange for the package to be sent to the correct address. This cost of redelivery will be met by the buyer.
You can usually expect to receive your item/s within 7 days of payment if you are in the United Kingdom and within 14-21 days if you live outside the United Kingdom. These delivery times are subject to cheque clearance, public holidays and illness. If a delay is anticipated for any reason I will email you to let you know. Should a delay occur due to postal strikes, please refer to announcements from Royal Mail and allow 28 days for delivery (UK only). |
