Warranty:
Unlike most
sellers on ebay who offer up to 3 months cover, our lamps are
covered by 180 days warranty.
The warranty commences on the date of purchase and will cover faults due to
defective materials or workmanship and can be extended if the manufacturer’s
stated warranty is longer than 180 days.
Lamps found to be
defective within the stated warranty period, will be replaced after the lamp has
been returned to us and tested in our store. Replacements will not be issued
prior to the receipt and testing of the claimed lamp.
Please take care when replacing the lamp, as physical damage (including
over-tightening the screw and subsequent damage of this act such as the breaking
of the connection points or breaking of the neck of the lamp etc) is not covered by the warranty. In
order to process a warranty claim, you must contact us through eBay messaging system
