Returns and Cancellations
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for
the purchase of an item (buy it now items only) within seven working days of the
day of receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask
you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name, ebay id and
details of the product via ebay messages
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will
refund the full cost of the item.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off
period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or a
credit note.
Goods must be returned within 7 days, Please note,
postage will need to be paid when returning goods.
When you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records.
We ask that you return items by recorded delivery, this service is trackable.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
The goods should be unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be a
proper resalable condition. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. Please
ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept
returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
We reserve the right not to refund if the item has been worn, is stained or
smells of cigarettes, deodorant etc
Faulty Items
In the rare event you have a faulty item, please contact us via ebay messages.
The item must be returned within 7 days and must be in original packaging with
all tags attached. Items will be exchanged for an exact item. NO Refunds will be
given NO EXCEPTIONS (unless item is out of stock).
We reserve the right not to exchange if the item has been worn or is stained or
smells of cigarettes, deodorant etc
I Have Bought The Wrong Size
If you realise you have purchased the wrong size, you can exchange it for
another size (if we have stock) postage both ways at your own cost. If we do not
have stock then you can exchange for another item. All items must be returned in
the same condition as they are posted to you.
