Payments
We request that payment is received within 48 hours of the winning bid, please contact us if you are posting your payment.
Payment is accepted via Paypal or by Postal Orders made payable to Louise Richardson. Sorry but cheques are not accepted.
If you are paying via Paypal with an echeque, please be aware that these take at least 10 days to clear. Your item will not be posted out until the payment is released into our account.
Postage
We offer a first class post and packing service. All our items are discreetly packaged, we send your item in plain packaging and no reference is made to our company on the outer package, your privacy is respected at all times.
We offer 1st class, 1st class Recorded Delivery or Next Day Special Delivery before 1pm. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 2pm for Next Day Special Delivery. We do post international by International Signed for only, the cost for this service starts at £6.50.
We do combine postage, please contact us for a quote for more than 1 item.
Customs & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. | |
