Asked Questions
Q: Do you have this item in other sizes?
A: All current sizes are lsited in our ebay shop, if the size is not
listed then we do not have it sorry.
Q: Do you have this in another size?
A: Please take a look in our ebay shop for all current sizes in stock.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of items we sell,we are unable to accept
returns/exchanges on most items. If when you receive the item and you realise it
will not fit, you can exchange for another size (if we have stock) postage both
way will be at your cost. We reserve the right not to exchange if the item has
been worn or is stained or smells of cigarettes etc.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes please contact me after you have won the auctions and I will send
you a combined invoice.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I post out asap once I receive payment. If you have paid by echeque, I
will only post out once this payment has cleared. Echeques usually take 10 days
to clear.
Q: What if my item is faulty?
A: If you receive faulty items, please contact me. They must returned
within 7 days & must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Items will
be exchanged for an exact item. NO Refunds will be given NO EXCEPTIONS (unless
item is out of stock) I reserve the right not to refund if the item has been
worn or is stained or smells of cigarettes.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we post all items by International Signed for £6.50, for more
than 1 item please contact us for a price.
Q: What if I have bought the wrong size?
A: If you realise you have purchased the wrong size, you can exchange it
for another size (if I have stock) postage at your own cost. All items must be
returned in the same condition as they are posted to you. NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR
INCORRECT PURCHASE.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: You MUST contact me before returning an item. You should obtain proof
of postage when returning an item and also put a note inside the parcel with
your eBay id and reason for return. I will not accept returns for item that have
been worn. |
