Q – Are your products new?
A - No. All items unless specifically stated in the description and condition note are Manufacturer Refurbished items.
Q – What does Manufacturer Refurbished mean?
A – Our refurbished products come from customer returns. Customers return products for many reasons: they had trouble using it, it was an unwanted gift, or they changed their mind.
All of our refurbished products have undergone stringent assessments, tests and if necessary repairs. They are then thoroughly cleaned before being re-packaged and may possess signs of cosmetic wear or handling, which do not affect their performance.
For total peace of mind, all of our refurbished products come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. They also include equivalent accessories to those supplied with the original product, though may be missing minor additions such as batteries.
Q - Does the item come with Batteries, Cables, etc.?
A- The item will come with Remote Control (where required), power cable and instruction manual as standard. Non-essential items such as batteries, cleaning cloths and cable ties may NOT be included.
Q – Are all your items boxed?
A – Yes, although they may be in plain boxes rather than their original boxes. This may be necessary if the original packaging is no longer suitable for transit.

Q - How do I pay?
A - For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal for Ebay purchases. If you are collecting from our warehouse, you will need to pay via cash or chip & pin card in person upon collection.

Q – Are you open to offers on any of your listings?
A – Unfortunately all of our Buy It Now items are at the lowest possible prices and we are unable to accept any offers lower than the stated price. Likewise with any Auction items that we have listed unless stated on the listing, there will be no Buy It Now price and we will be unable to accept offers of this manner for auction items.
Q - How long will the delivery take?
A - Most items will be despatched the next working day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. You should then receive your item(s) within 2-3 working days of placing the order. During peak periods and deals, delivery times are subject to change. Please be aware that delivery times are just estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Q - Can I track my parcel?
A - Most items are sent via courier and tracking information will be emailed to you once the parcel has been collected by the courier. Certain small items are sent via Royal Mail and may not be trackable. If you do not receive notification of despatch, please call and let us know and we can provide your tracking information via the phone.
Q - What happens to my order if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
A - They will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
Q - Do you deliver outside the UK?
A - We currently only ship products to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland (subject to size). Please note: We are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or the Scottish Islands. We currently do not ship to countries outside of the UK.
Q – What time will my delivery arrive?
A - Our deliveries have no set time; they will arrive anytime between 8am and 5pm. We are unable to specify delivery between certain times. Although if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number when you placed your order, we will request that the courier sends you a text message on the day of delivery with an approximate 1 hour time slot.
Q – Can I collect my item?
A – Yes, although if you are collecting from our warehouse, you will need to pay via cash or chip & pin card in person upon collection.
Q- Will the courier bring it into my house and set it up?
A - No, Our couriers will only deliver the item to your front door (ground floor main door in the case of flats and tower blocks). Their service does not include any sort of unboxing or setting up. Some drivers may assist you in getting your item inside your property, but this will be entirely at their own personal descretion and is not part of the sale of the item.
Q - How long do I have to return my product?
A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. In order to do this please contact the Panasonic_Outlet team via Ebay messages to arrange, please note you are responsible for any costs involved in returning your item and these will not be reimbursed.
We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. – Faulty items are dealt with differently; please see our full return terms on the Delivery & Returns tab on the listing.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then we may, at our discretion commence legal proceedings to recover our costs.

Q – My item is faulty, what do I do?
A – Your item is covered with a Panasonic warranty. We have service centres across the country that can help you with a repair. Please use our service centre locator HERE to find your nearest centre and contact them directly to arrange your repair.
