Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns with this. We accept payment via Paypal, postal order or bankers draft made payable to J Mitchell. International buyers to pay via Paypal only please.
We offer combined postage when possible. Please contact us to discuss the combined postage amount prior to making multiple purchases.

Delivery - UK
We will post items within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds (same or next day where possible). All UK parcels are carefully packed and sent by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise in the listing.
Items sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £50. For items with a value higher than £50, I include an option of Special Delivery which will provide cover up to £500. Insurance claims will only be considered after 15 working days from date of postage.
In the extremely unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away and we will do our very best to find a solution. We are very proud of our feedback and would hate to think you were anything but completely satisfied with your new Joules item. All of our items are new unless otherwise stated.

Returns for incorrect size, colour or you just don't like it are never a problem. You have 14 days from receipt of your item to return it for a refund. Please contact us or enclose a brief note detailing reason for return. If the item is unsuitable, postage will not be refunded. Any free postage offered will be deducted from the total if returned. We reserve the right to deduct costs to cover dry cleaning/repairs if the item is not returned in it's original as new condition.
Loss or Damage of Returned Goods
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, and therefore recommend you use a signed for delivery service with appropriate insurance in place to cover you for the value of the goods in the event they are damaged or lost in transit.
