Delivery Information
All orders received and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday or 10am Saturday (excluding public
holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after
this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Due to weight and size restrictions, we may split heavier orders into separate parcels or send by Courier.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
We offer free 2nd class postage on a large majority of our products. Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail 1st Class
If you are in a hurry then you can upgrade to 1st class for a small additional fee, please see the individual listing page for the charge. If your combined order is over 2kg, then we will upgrade it to 1st class at no extra cost.
The delivery times stated are not guaranteed and are guidelines only, should your order not arrive then please check with your local sorting office first, more often than not the postman will not have left a card informing you of the attempted delivery and your order will be at your local sorting office awaiting collection. In the rare event an order is lost in the postal system, we reserve the right to wait 10 working days from dispatch before taking further action since most delayed orders will turn up
within this time.
