Please contact us via eBay Messaging before sending the item back. It is buyers responsibility to ensure that the item reaches back to us and has all the information i.e.( RMA number, buyer ebay id , phone number, and reason for the return ) in the package. We will not take any responsibility, issue any refund or take any action if item is not delivered back to us. If non-faulty item sent back for a refund it has to be in it original condition. we will refund according to our refund policy.
All Faulty Item will be dealt with if notified with 24hr of receipt of goods. If items were tested ok by us then shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. If you have simply change your mind and wish to return, thats not a problem we are happy to refund however we will deduct the original postage cost.
