| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We are always happy to combine shipping and to provide a quote for the combined cost in advance of a sale.
You are welcome to collect the item from The Bicycle Hub in Shropshire. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:For small items we aim to despatch on the next working day from when we receive payment. We don't operate on a Monday. Consequently we only promise to despatch on the second working day.
Some items (such as modifications to bicycles) will take longer to dispatch but we always make this clear in the item description. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We always display the postage cost on the item. We only seek to cover our costs (including staff time) in shipping and handling. The amount will vary with the size, weight and complexity of the item. |

| Q:You have a shop: why are you selling on eBay? |

| A:The eBay shop allows us to find a wider market for some of our items. In particular we put items that are very specialist and surplus stock up on eBay. We do supply a much wider range of items through our bricks and mortar shop The Bicycle Hub. |
