Opening Times

Our Office operating hours are 09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Friday. Our cut off time for UK orders to be dispatched by courier is normally 12:00 and by Royal Mail Special Delivery is 15:00. For export orders sent by International post the cut off is 15:00 and International courier services are normally arranged for next working day dispatch. We do however always attempt to complete orders placed beyond these cut off times if at all possible.

We welcome phone calls during office hours and also recommend the use of eBay messages or email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We ideally aim to reply same day however on busy days or weekends this might not be possible.
