| Our printers are refurbished by trained and experienced Engineers, who dismantle, thoroughly blow clean, replace parts where necessary and fully test each printer before despatch. Gears, rollers and separation pads are changed. All have nice clean plastics, no marks on the fuser and great clear test pages. We are so confident in the quality of the refurbished printers we supply that we offer a 90 day RTB warranty on each and every printer. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your new printer, please email me with the details and I will arrange for it to be fixed, replaced or refunded as necessary. |

| 90 days hardware warranty on all refurbished printers, please note that the return postage of an item to us for fixing or replacement is at the buyers cost. Please email me with details of your return request before sending the item back, as your parcel will need to be marked with a returns reference number (goods will not be accepted back without this reference number). In many cases we may be able to provide advice which rectifies the problem without the need to return the item. Please note that a re-testing fee (£5) or re-stocking fee (20%) applies if an item is returned but is found to be non-faulty, or if you return the item because it is unwanted, ordered in error etc. If an item is found to be non-faulty it will be shipped back to the buyer at their cost. If the item is returned and found to be faulty, we will issue a replacement free of charge, or a issue a full refund if there is not a replacement available, and refund any postage costs incurred in returning the printer to us.
