This item is advertised as brand new, undamaged however, after receiving and inspecting, I noticed 3 dents towards the bottom. I contacted the seller and of course, no response. I am giving a neutral review because of the low price and the pot still functions. I am however, very disappointed in the fact the seller is very misleading. If you buy this product, be aware, it will be new but not without damage.
