Track My Order

To check the status off your order or to request tracking info please contact our customer service team and quote ebay number and full delivery address, please note we can only ship once we have a cleared payment, we aim to ship within 1 business day (excludes weekends) and delivery is normally the day after that for UK MAINLAND, addresses outside Mainland will take to arrive

What If I am out when delivery is attempted?

If no one is home when delivery is attempted our courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour either side, if no one is available to accept package the courier will leave a missed delivery card with instructions to re-arrange the delivery.

Courier will hold the package for 4 working days if no response is received in this time the package will be returned to ourselves and delivery fees will be re-applied, please do not delay contacting them to re-arrange, deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Courier will require a signature on delivery if you wish to have the package left in a "safe place" please contact us with the instructions as the courier will only do this with Premier Lakeballs consent and we never recommend doing this
