We are able to supply all the electrical needs for your equipment as part of the overall package, this can include switches, lights, horns, fuses etc, with where required the flying leads and correct connections fitted. In fact all that is required for your assemblers to complete the build, all from a single box.

We are currently supporting contracts ranging in annual value from £35k to £750k. These are with both major international companies and smaller, local manufacturers involved in such diverse activities as turf care, wood chipping machines and horticulture.

Our number one priority is to provide the highest standards of service to our customers. We work together with you to understand what is important to you, supply a bespoke business package to suit your needs including just-in-time supply.

Flexibility is our keyword. We can work to your drawings, assist your existing design department, or design the whole system for you. Materials used in manufacture can be either free-issued by the customer, or supplied by us.

Also working with your other major suppliers we can offer complete system integration by combining our collective expertise.

Using our Casting C351 cut and strip machine, coupled to Ulmer's ZG200 de-reeler and AL6000 stacker, we can cut and strip wires of most types, in excess of six metres in length, in sizes ranging from .08mm2 to 5.5mm2. A second machine, a Casting C377, with an Ulmer APG1000 de-reeler, takes care of larger sizes, extending to 80mm2. This machine is used mainly for battery cables.
Prepared wires are loaded onto purpose-built  dollies. 

The crimp room and workshop layouts have been designed to accommodate these dollies.Fitting terminals is the most demanding part of harness making. Electrical problems usually stem from either abrasion damage or connection defects.
