OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

 

Planet fashions is happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt (excludes postage) as long as the item is received in a saleable condition and was purchased in a fixed price format.  However for all items that were purchased in an auction style format we are happy to refund or exchange if we are notified immediately and the item is returned within 48 hours of receipt.

 

All returns must be authorised by us, we will provide you with an authorisation number along with a returns form to fill out and send with your item we strongly recommend recorded delivery for all returns. For any other queries regarding returns please call 0208 748 6622.

Please make cheques payable to planetfashionsuk, items are not sent until payment has cleared. Payment is expected withing 10 days of auction ending. International buyers please e-mail at end of auction in order to confirm shipping costs & invoice details.
