Postage
All orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or a Courier service, depending on the total weight of the packaged goods.
Next day services are available on request and at extra cost.
Please note that prices for UK delivery address ONLY apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Other areas of the UK are available, but at extra cost. Please ask before purchasing.
Most orders, with cleared payments received before 2pm (Monday - Friday) are dispatched same day. There is also an early morning (10am) Saturday dispatch.
An email is sent confirming the dispatch of your order. To this end, please ensure the email address registered with eBay is valid and up to date.
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment and as such no extra charge is made for this or indeed, any other method.

PayPal eCheque's are also welcome, but please bare in mind that this is by far the slowest method of payment available and will delay the processing of your order. On average, an eCheque takes approximately 8 working days to clear - despite what PayPal may tell you.
Other payments include personal cheque's and postal orders.
All payments must be received, and cleared, before the goods are dispatched.
Collections
Unfortunately it is no longer possible to collect goods.
Feedback
Feedback is always left once payment is received and the goods are dispatched.

Dimensions
Please note that dimensions are approximate only, and should not be used to create templates and such.
Quantity & discounts
You'll notice that most of the products are available in packs. Please feel free to contact me if you require any other amounts, larger or smaller.
Faulty / incorrect goods.
Reports of any faulty goods received needs to be made within 7 days of delivery, stating whether a replacement or refund is required.
If requested to return the goods, the return postage will be refunded.
In the case of a refund both the full amount paid (including postage) and any return postage will be refunded.
Please note that PJBMedia may choose to refund rather than replace should it be likely the same problem will occur with the replacement. For example the problem being due to an incompatibility, rather than a faulty product.
7 Day returns.
Customers may choose to return a product for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any returned items must be in a 'as new re-saleable condition' and PJBMedia must be informed prior to the return.
The full product amount will be refunded, however no postage & packing costs (either delivery or return) can be refunded.
International Orders.
Please note that orders can no longer be accepted from MALTA. PJBMedia would like to stress that this is entirely the result of the mail companies inability to reliably deliver goods to this destination and not for any other reason.
