RETURNS

At P I Worldwide we operate a common sense policy in respect of returns. We are proud of our status as a TOP RATED eBay Seller and work hard to keep our customers happy. If you have a problem get in touch with us as soon as possible. The earlier that we know about the problem, the sooner we can start to fix it.

Keep these golden rules in mind at all times: -

Items MUST be sent by an insured and trackable delivery method. Whilst we will have every sympathy, if we do not receive your goods we cannot refund you.

We ask that buyers co-operate in the eBay mutual agreement policy so that we can reclaim eBay's fees.

Keeping You Mobile

If you need to return an item please do not book your vehicle in to a garage until you have received the replacement part. Occassionally delays, beyond our control, occur. Manufacturers sometimes experience sales beyond their expectations and simply run out of stock or items are lost in transit.

If you wish to keep your vehicle mobile but wish to return a fundamental part for your car, for example suspension, brakes etc. you should order a replacement part and wait for that to arrive before you book your car in to a garage or remove the item(s). This will make sure you stay mobile and may well save you money as a garage will remove the incorrect item(s) at the same time as fitting the replacement part(s).

We will always try our best to sort out problems as quickly as possible however, you must help us to help you. If your vehicle cannot be used P I Worldwide are not responsible for any loss, howsoever caused, whether consequential or not,

Unwanted Items

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

You are liable for the cost of returning the goods should you simply 'not want' the item.

Goods Damaged Upon Receipt

Any item which is damaged when you receive it may be returned to us. You are liable for the cost of returning the item to us. When we have received it, inspected it and confirmed that it was damaged upon receipt, we will refund the postage cost to you. This is generally a quite straightforward process but please remember that we cannot refund any postage cost until we have physically inspected the item.

When you receive an item which is clearly damaged you MUST note on the courier's delivery receipt that the item is damaged. You have the right to reject the item and have it returned to us.

If you sign for an item in good condition it is not eligible to be returned for a refund.

If when you open the packaging, the goods are damaged, take a clear photograph. Return the item to us in its original packaging with a note giving us your eBay ID, your name, address and a contact telephone number. When we have received it, inspected it and confirmed that the damage was due to either a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of returning the item to you. This is generally a quite straightforward process but please remember that we cannot refund any postage cost until we have physically inspected the item.

Incorrect Items

If items are found to be incorrect they may be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

You must pay the cost of returning the item and the carriage for any replacement items, in advance. When we have received it, inspected it and confirmed that the item had a manufacturing defect, we will refund the cost of the item and the postage cost to you. This is generally a quite straightforward process but please remember that we cannot refund any postage cost until either the manufacturer or ourselves have physically inspected the item.
