We do not advise anyone to pre-book a plumber, electrician, builder, or any installer until goods have been received and checked.
Payment
We accept Pay Pal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts, Debit & Credit Cards (excluding American Express) and Cash over our counters at any of our branches; Rayleigh, Basildon, Romford and Harold Hill. To pay by Card please Telephone 01268 777977
You have the right to cancel!
Customers who wish to cancel their order, under the Distance Selling regulations, should do so within 30 days of delivery. Cancellation should be in writing through the eBay message service. The delivery costs and safe return of these products will be at the customer’s expense unless agreed otherwise. It is the customer's statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession and ensure the products are securely packed to suit the method of transport chosen.
Should you require assistance with transport to return the item then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Specially ordered items could reflect a re-stocking charge to a maximum of 30%, details will be provided at the time of quotation. Made to Order items are excluded and are not returnable.

The goods description, product information and pictures are for the sole purpose of providing an approximate guide only. The information supplied has been made accessible by manufacturers, suppliers, publications and public-domain sources. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of this information and therefore accept no responsibility for any work prepared upon such information.
The Logistics
We will process your order immediately and arrange dispatch upon receipt of cleared funds, usually within 3 - 4 working days. In some circumstances certain items listed may not be standard stock items and could take longer than the stated delivery times, you will be contacted in advance should this case arise. Upon dispatch customers will be emailed, so you can ensure to be available when your consignment arrives. If no one is available to accept delivery a charge may be raised for any further attempts.
Most carriers will deliver kerbside only, delivery inside will be at the driver’s discretion. Large or heavy items must have adequate assistance for offload.
Upon arrival the package(s) must be carefully inspected by the customer or their representative for any signs of damage. In the unfortunate event of any damage found please sign the delivery document accordingly.
Please open all packages as soon as possible, you have 3 working days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, again via the eBay message service.
