Exchange Policy:
To better serve you, PGM-Pro requests all exchanges to be made within 14 days after you receive your order(s). All exchange returns must be in the same conditions as it was received and must be wrapped and protected in the original box. Damage item will incurred addition charge. All returns must be made within 14 days upon receiving.
All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued before merchandise can be returned.
The RMA# must be shown on the shipping label attached to the boxes and shipped back to our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for 2 way exchange shipping cost.
The Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are valid for 15 days after date of issue.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please call our representatives directly and we will assist you. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. PGM-Pro cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped and it is possible your item will be ship on the same day which will result in no cancellation. All cancellation needs to follow eBay cancellation procedures. Please call us as soon as possible for any cancellation.

RMA number:
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by PGM PRO clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued. |

Damaged items during transit:
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 10 days upon item receive.

Defective products:
All defective products received must provide proof of photos email to e-info@pgmdressform.com and approved by the RMA department.

Lost International Packages
International Shipping via Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box:
If Buyer has chosen this shipping option, you have agreed to wait 45 days after parcel has been shipped before we can take any action. Buyer may contact us ahead of time to inform us that you still have not received the parcel, but since tracking service is unavailable, we would not be able to do anything. Buyer must also provide some documents before we can proceed with either providing you a full refund or re-shipping the same order and shipping option for the second time.
