By bidding or buying you are agreeing to the following:
1). Payment should be made in full within ten days of purchase. Your order will only be held in stock for ten days. Unless payment is made via a PayPal e-Cheque.
2). Please bear in mind that payment via PayPal e-Cheques typically take 12 days to clear.
3). I always try and act swiftly in order to resolve problems before negative feedback is left and ask for the same courtesy in return.
4). All items are as described.
5). All returned items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge if found to be fully functional. Additionally, all goods returned for a refund will incur a 25% surcharge if not returned in their original condition and packaging. You must contact me before returning your order.
6). I accept no liability for the non-arrival of your return(s). It is recommended you obtain proof of postage or return the item(s) via a service that requires a signature upon delivery.
7). When returning an item all postage costs are non refundable.
8). Please check compatibility before making a purchase.
9). Specifications and information contained in our eBay listings are furnished for informational use only and are subject to change without notice and should not be constructed as a commitment by myself.
10). I always retain proof of dispatch for all orders.
11). If your order fails to arrive in the time frame expected, I will in accordance with Royal Mail Lost Items Policy and at my discretion dispatch out a second order.
12). I do not dispatch to PO Box addresses.
13). Unverified and Unconfirmed PayPal accounts may encounter a five day holding period before item(s) are released. This is to prevent fraud.
14). Overseas customers please note payment is by PayPal only, and please contact me for a quote on postage BEFORE purchasing or making a bid.
15). My main aim is total customer satisfaction. I endeavour to deliver within two working days; some items sent via the Royal Mail as a parcel usually take three to five days. However, please allow eight working days since postal delays are common and completely out of my control.
16). I respond to ALL emails. I usually respond to emails within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. If you appear not to have received any response, please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk email folder. Certain email management providers may filter out my emails from showing in your Inbox. |
