Just wanted to let you know how delighted I am with the tow bar. It arrived very quickly and the courier was excellent - altering the delivery address to my place of work so that it could be signed for. The quality is excellent - perhaps you should say on the listing that the tow bar is made PCT - I rate these tow bars highly and was even more pleased when I saw who manufactured it. Hello, I am not usually one for doing this but I just want to thank
you for excellent service. I bought a towbar smart bypass relay from
your ebay site, mainly because you were the cheapest by some margin. It
arrived very quickly and was spot on. During fitting, using the wiring
diagram from your website, I had a problem so contacted the helpline
number from your website, the towbar expert was busy but rang me back
within five minutes and solved my problem straight away. Fantastic
service and not what I am used to from ebay sellers. Thank you.
