Customers have 7 working days starting from the date the item was delivered when returning item/s to P F Jones. We do not accept item/s outside of this time frame.

When returning an item/s it is the customers responsibility to pay the return postage costs unless the item supplied is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Customers can arrange their own shipping of the purchased item/s or we can arrange to collect the item/s. There is a charge for this service.

If customers choose to return goods themselves they are responsible for the safe transit of the item/s until we have received the goods.

Once the goods have been received, inspected and are deemed to be in the original condition with the original packaging a refund will be made via the original payment method.

P F Jones will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer to any item/s purchased that have been used against the manufacturer's instructions or misused in anyway.

P F Jones will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the customer resulting from item/s purchased regardless of circumstance or situation. This includes but is not limited to costs incurred for any fitting, removing or re-fitting as a result of the incorrect, damaged or faulty item/s being supplied.
