 Q: Is this item new ?
  A: Yes we only sell brand new items, unless otherwise stated. (eg. Reconditioned Diesel Injector)
 Q: Where do I track my order sent with UPS?
  A: www.ups.com - Enter your tracking number on the top left.
 Q: Do you combine postage costs when ordering multiple items?
  A: Everything we sell on eBay comes with free standard UK delivery - so there is no discount when ordering multiple items. For orders that are not covered by standard postage and International orders - Please contact us for a postage quote.
 Q: Will my delivery need a signature?
  A: Yes. All items we send require a signature. If no one is home when a delivery attempt is made a note will be put through the door with details on how you can re-schedule or collect your item.
 Q: I know no one will be home when you try and deliver, is there any alternatives you can offer?
  A: We can deliver to an alternate address such as a work or relatives address. We can advise couriers to leave the parcel with a neighbour if that is an option for you.
 Q: How do I pay via credit or debit card ?
  A: Make your purchase as normal and then call 0161 886 5798 quoting your eBay user ID or sales record number as reference. We will then find your order, take payment, and update your eBay sales record to show that you have paid via credit or debit card. You will also receive email notification that a payment has been received.
 Q: What credit or debit cards do you accept ?
  A: We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. All credit or debit cards must be registered in the UK, if they are not we do not accept them.
 Q: Why do you need a contact telephone number ?
  A: Our couriers may need to contact you regarding the delivery of your item/s.
 Q: Are my details safe with you ?
  A: All details where stored are done so securely. When information is no longer required it is securely destroyed. We do not save any payment details.
 Q: Where can I find my tracking number ?
  A: You can find your tracking number in your purchase history. Along side your tracking number you will also have the name of the courier who is carrying your item/s. The couriers we use are Yodel, TNT, XDP Express, Interlink Express, OCS Worldwide and UK Mail.
 Q: Where do I track my order online sent with XDP Express ?
  A: www.xdp.co.uk/express - Enter your tracking number and postcode. Please make sure your you space your postcode correctly eg. M16 9JA, be sure to leave a space between the first and second part your postcode.
 Q: Can you give me some advice on my diesel pump / injectors?
  A: If you cannot find the diesel pump / injector you need on our eBay shop, or aren't sure what you need - you can call our main office and talk to one of our diesel experts on 0161 872 4755. Or send us a message and we'll forward it on.
 Q: What are your office hours?
  A: The eBay team is here Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm Saturday. We are closed Bank Holidays and Sundays.

 Q: Do you do trade discount / accounts?
  A: Here in the eBay office we just deal with eBay, for trade sales / accounts please contact our main office on 0161 872 4755.
 Q: Do you offer discount if I collect my order?
  A: No, we don't offer discount for customer collecting their orders.
 Q: Can you provide a VAT receipt?
  A: Yes, all our items are sent with a full invoice which includes VAT details.
 Q: Can I buy an item in person?
  A: Yes, you can. We advise giving us a call to make sure stock is available before setting off. Please note our camping/leisure shop is closed on Mondays and our main office closes at noon on Saturdays.
 Q: Where can I collect my order from?
  A: You can collect your order from Manchester, Stoke, or Wigan. Just let us know your preferred depot and we'll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
 Q: My vehicle is on a year change, what do I need to know?
  A: You may find that your vehicle lies on a year change. For example - a 2005 registered vehicle when the tow bars run 1998 to 2005 and 2005 onwards. The vehicle registration is not an accurate indication of which version you have. You need to know your exact model. If you give us a call we can advise how to find out what you have.
 Q: What is a bypass relay?
  A: Bypass relays are used where the cars own lamp circuits cannot support their shadow circuits on the trailer or caravan. This may be because the circuit may not be rated to take the extra load of the trailer, or because the cars own bulb failure monitoring system might become confused with the extra load from the trailer lamps.
 Q: How do I know if I need a bypass relay?
  A: All our tow bar listings have a bypass relay field, and will tell you if it is Required or Not Required.
 Q: Are postage costs free?
  A: Standard UK postage is free on all our items. Any additional postage costs to out of area postcodes are mentioned on the listings description. International customers - please contact us for a postage quote.
